BizTrace IMS is a business management platform designed to help businesses manage activities including sales, purchases, inventory, customers, suppliers, expenses, payments, bookings and reports.
To use BizTrace IMS, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities performed through your account.
A company account may contain multiple users with different roles and permissions. Company administrators are responsible for managing users, permissions and information within their company account.
Access to subscription-based features may require an active subscription. Available subscription plans, prices and payment instructions are displayed within BizTrace IMS or communicated by the administrator.
Subscription access may be suspended or deactivated when a subscription expires, payment is not confirmed, or the account requires administrative attention. A charge of ₦500 maintenance fee per day after one month of not subscribing will be added. Also, Please note that your company will be deactivated for just Two months; if no active subscrition has been made between those two months, your system and all associated data will be permanently taken down.
Users are responsible for ensuring that subscription payments are made using the payment information provided by BizTrace IMS administration.
Where payment verification is required, users may be requested to provide proof of payment.

Companies are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of information they enter into BizTrace IMS.
Reports, summaries, calculations and other information generated by BizTrace IMS are provided as business management tools. Users should verify important financial, accounting and operational information before relying on it for significant decisions.
We aim to keep BizTrace IMS available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.
BizTrace IMS administration may suspend, deactivate or terminate an account where necessary, including for subscription issues, suspected misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms or other administrative reasons.
BizTrace IMS, including its software, interface, branding, design and related materials, remains the property of its respective owner unless otherwise stated.
Users must not use BizTrace IMS to conduct unlawful activities, compromise system security, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person's information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizTrace IMS shall not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials, inaccurate information entered by users, service interruptions or misuse of the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BizTrace IMS after an update may require acceptance of the revised Terms.
